Bus Rental Terms and Conditions
- Booking & Payment
Bookings have to be made in advance and are difficulty to availability.
A minimal increase charge (typically 25%-50%) is required to confirm the reserving.
Full price have to be made earlier than the start of the journey except otherwise agreed.
Payment techniques regularly occurring: UPI, financial institution switch, coins, or online gateway.
- Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations should be made in writing or over reliable verbal exchange.
Cancellation expenses may apply:
50% if cancelled forty eight+ hours earlier than the journey
50% if cancelled 24-forty eight hours before the ride
100% if cancelled inside 24 hours of the experience
No refund for closing-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Timings & Delays
The rental time begins and ends from the garage (storage-to-garage basis).
Delays as a result of site visitors or natural situations are not the duty of the operator.
Extra charges will apply for additional hours or kilometers past the agreed limit.
- Vehicle Usage
The bus is to be used strictly for the cause referred to in the course of booking (Ex., wedding ceremony, tour, company occasion).
Overcrowding is not accredited; the variety of passengers have to now not exceed the bus potential.
Smoking, drinking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the bus.
- Driver Rules
The driver’s duty hours are constant, usually 12 hours per day.
Drivers should not be compelled to exceed velocity limits or work time beyond regulation without previous approval.

- Liability
